Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using the mobile application "Good Weekend!" ("the App") provided by the operator ("we" or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The following terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:
- "User": Any individual who uses the App.
- "Content": Weekend plans, events, photos, and other information saved to the App by users.
Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)
Users must not engage in the following activities:
- Activities that violate laws or public morals
- Activities related to criminal acts
- Activities that infringe on our or third parties' intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, reputation, or other rights or interests
- Activities that place excessive load on the App's servers or network
- Activities that interfere with the operation of the App
- Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, data mining, or similar activities
- Collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
- Impersonating other users
- Providing benefits to antisocial forces
- Any other activities we deem inappropriate
Article 4 (Content Handling)
1. Copyright of content saved by users to the App belongs to the users.
2. Users grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use their saved content.
3. Users warrant that their saved content does not infringe on third-party rights.
Article 5 (Service Changes and Termination)
1. We may change, add, or remove App content without prior notice to users.
2. We may temporarily suspend or terminate the App without prior notice in the following cases:
- When performing system maintenance or updates
- When provision becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
- When we otherwise determine that provision is difficult
Article 6 (Disclaimers)
1. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the App's content.
2. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
3. We are not liable for any disputes between users or between users and third parties.
Article 7 (Changes to Terms)
We may change these Terms without prior notice when deemed necessary. Changed Terms take effect when posted on this page.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1. These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
2. Any disputes related to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
